Question 1

How do I know which treatment to book?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend starting with our AURA 3D Skin Analysis. This allows our licensed aestheticians to see exactly what your skin needs beneath the surface. From there, we will build a personalized treatment plan just for you.

Question 2

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for clients located anywhere in the United States. This is a great way to get expert skincare advice and a custom plan from the comfort of your home.

Question 3

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Question 4

What happens if I am running late?

Accepted Answer

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you are running late, please call our Huntsville clinic to let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure we have enough time for your full treatment.

Question 5

Will my card be charged when I book online?

Accepted Answer

We require a card on file to hold your reservation, but it will not be charged at the time of booking. You will only pay after your service is complete, or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Question 6

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. Our clinic uses medical grade equipment and hot wax that require a highly controlled space.

Question 7

Can I purchase skincare products directly at the spa?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can easily restock your favorite clinical skincare products right here at our clinic. Our team is happy to help you find exactly what you need during your visit.

Question 8

Do you offer refunds on skincare products?

Accepted Answer

Because of strict health and safety standards, opened skincare products are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you experience a documented allergic reaction, please contact us so we can help find a solution.

Question 9

What are your shipping costs for online product orders?

Accepted Answer

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
